Our goal is to process all orders within 1 business day of receipt (order received by 3:00 p.m. PST).
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping provider and specific shipping method that is most appropriate for your order's size, weight, distance and specified time frame.
Please be aware that, although we offer an Expedited shipping option, even if we ship via your requested method, there is a possibility that neither UPS's Second Day Air or nor the U.S. Postal Service's Express Mail option will get it to you within that time. While it is rare, rush shipments can be delayed by weather, labor strikes, damage, shipper mishandling, or even the remoteness of your delivery address.
Domestic Shipping Prices
We believe in reasonable shipping prices. The cost for shipping is based upon order weight and shipping method. The costs below reflect very closely our average actual shipping costs. For simplicity, we do not factor in distance, so we make a little money on shipping orders to nearby states, while we lose money shipping to distant states. We are located in Reno, Nevada.
Use the tables below to estimate shipping charge for an order. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be noted on the product description page.

International Shipping
We do ship internationally - the shopping cart will calculate the shipping price and you'll be shown the rate before you finalize your order. Most international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail International.
